Direct Order Placement:

1. Shop at your favorite US-based stores or e-commerce platforms and select the items you desire.
2. During the checkout process, use our US warehouse address as the delivery destination. This is where your items will be received.
3. Once your order reaches our US warehouse, we'll take care of the international shipping and deliver your package to Sierra Leone. Our advanced tracking system ensures you stay in the loop throughout the journey.

Assisted Order Placement:

1. Reach out to our dedicated team with the details of the items you wish to purchase.
2. Our experienced team will place the order on your behalf, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
3. Once the items are received at our US warehouse, we'll handle the shipping process and get your package safely to Sierra Leone. You can rest easy knowing we're taking care of every detail.

Yes, consolidating your packages can save you money on shipping costs and import duties and taxes when shipping multiple items as opposed to shipping them individually and separately. We recommend you consolidate your packages when placing your order with us. 

Each country has its own set of restrictions and prohibited items when it comes to international shipping. Some common restricted items when shipping to Sierra Leone include, but not limited to:

• Firearms and ammunition
• Illegal drugs
• Pornographic materials
• Endangered species or products made from them
• Counterfeit goods
• Hazardous materials
• Perishable items

It is important to note that restrictions can change over time, and it is always recommended to check with the relevant government agencies to ensure that your shipment complies with all laws and regulations before shipping. Also, Parcel Pros is not responsible for any restricted items in the package, customs, or any other government-related processes.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method. Express air freight typically takes 7-10 days from ship date, and cargo sea shipping typically takes 7-8 weeks from ship date. We will provide an estimated delivery date when you place your order. 

We will provide you with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. You can track your package using this number on our website or by contacting customer service. 

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for our services. 

Currently, we only ship to Sierra Leone. 

There may be additional fees for customs and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. 

Yes, we provide optional insurance to protect your items during transit.

• Flat Fee: $2 for shipments valued up to $100.
• Standard Rate: 2% of the declared value for shipments over $100.
• High-Risk Items: 3% of the declared value for electronics, fragile goods, and high-value shipments.
• Maximum Coverage: Up to $10,000 per shipment.

Insurance does not cover improper packaging, pre-existing damage, prohibited items, or delays without damage. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery or notification of loss.
